U.S. Government Forces Anthropic to Pull Its Two Most Powerful AI Models
Citing national security, the Commerce Department ordered Anthropic to cut off foreign access to its newest AI models. The company complied, called it a misunderstanding, and disagrees that a minor jailbreak justifies pulling a model used by hundreds of millions.
